National Teams 13U – 18U 

Season Info

• PreSeason
  • Practice on Sundays from October to November.
• Regular Season
  • 13u-17u teams will practice 6 hours a week, three times a week from November to May.
  • 18u National Teams will practice 6 hours a week, three times a week from November to April
• Post Season (National Teams) If accepted to Nationals
  • Teams will practice two times a week until Nationals

Regional Teams 13U – 18U

  • 13u-18u teams will practice 4 hours a week, two times a week from December to May.

Items Not Included in the Club Cost

These items will be purchased separately if athlete does not have them already

• Athlete Backpack – Backpack design changed in 2025. Will be required to purchase if you do not have already
• Athlete Shorts – Black Spandex Shorts
• Athlete Socks – Black Crew Socks
• Athlete 1/4 Zips – Custom and can be ordered at the uniform fitting session
• Athlete Arm Sleeves – Custom and can be ordered at the uniform fitting session

National Teams – AAU & USA Nationals

All athletes on National teams that have been accepted into AAU or USAV Junior Nationals in late June will have an additional $250 fee. This fee supports the extended Nationals preparation period, including extra practices, court rentals, and expanded coaches’ travel expenses.
