CJ HEAT (Central Jersey Heat) is a volleyball club serving many counties throughout the state of New Jersey. It was formed in 2009 for the purpose of exposing more athletes in the north east to the sport of volleyball. CJ Heat is currently a Boys and Girls volleyball club with programs from developmental to competitive for ages 5 – 18.

Goals
Our goal is to help young athletes improve and or refine their skills.
For ages 8 - 10, we begin their fundamental skills and nurture their interest in the game.
For ages 10 - 14, we prepare and give them the tools (knowledge and skills) to compete at High School levels.
For athletes ages 15-18, we prepare them for college recruiting and refining their skill sets.
Tournaments
Our athletes (ages 12 and up) participate in competitive tournaments sponsored by USA Volleyball and Amateur Athletic Union of the USA (AAU).
These tournaments are located within the tri-state region.

Boys Club season runs from October to March.

Girls Club season runs from December to June.

Coaching
As our coaching staff continues to grow in numbers as well as talent. We are very proud to say that we provide our members with an excellent coaching staff. All of our coaches have many years of experience coaching and/or playing at collegiate levels. They have experience with young athletes from elementary to college level.
Facility
This newly renovated facility offers state of the art equipment, two full-size volleyball courts, a clean, warm and safe environment, and it is centrally located in the town of South Plainfield, NJ. This facility is easily accessible and is minutes from many major roadways/highways.
