National Teams 13U - 18U 

• PreSeason
  • Practice on Sundays from October to November.
• Regular Season
  • 13u-17u teams will practice 6 hours a week, three times a week from November to May.
  • 18u National Teams will practice 6 hours a week, three times a week from November to April
• Post Season (14u-16u National Teams)
  • Teams will practice two times a week until Nationals

These items will be purchased separately if athlete does not have them already

• Athlete Backpack - Backpack design changed in 2025. Will be required to purchase if you do not have already
• Athlete Shorts - Black Spandex Shorts
• Athlete Socks - Black Crew Socks
• Athlete 1/4 Zips - Custom and can be ordered at the uniform fitting session
• Athlete Arm Sleeves - Custom and can be ordered at the uniform fitting session
